Kale Chips

This is a quick, delicious recipe that gets devoured pretty quickly. If you have a food dehydrator, I recommend spreading them out and dehydrating them at 125 until they are crispy. I like them even more from the dehydrator than the oven.

  • 2 bags green curly kale

  • 1 1/2 TBSP olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 3/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread the kale leaves out on a baking tray so that there is a single layer of leaves. Bake at 225 until they are crispy. Enjoy!
