Join The Team
During the main growing season (April through November) the team works full time, and during the winter months (December through March) everyone shifts to a part-time schedule. Within the structure of a production vegetable farm, we create a workplace where farmers can learn and develop their farming skills, whether they choose to work at Evening Song Farm long-term, eventually start their own farm, or follow some other passion entirely. It is not necessary to have farm experience to join the team, but it is a bonus.
We believe our communities and workplaces are strongest and most nourishing when it reflects our entire community.
