Grilled Bok Choi
Mix together 2 TBSP olive oil, 1 TBSP balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp tamari in a large bowl. Dump two bags of bok choi in and toss well, so that all the bok choi gets nicely coated. Put on the grill for about 2 minutes and then flip. Remove and enjoy when the greens are crunchy, but careful not to let them burn!
