Green Goddess Salad Dressing

We use this recipe on green salad, but also on so many other things… It’s yummy on sandwhiches, wraps, grilled chicken, veggie burgers, rice, etc.

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 4 TBSP lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

  • 3 TBSP maple syrup

  • 3-5 garlic cloves

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 handfuls of spinach (or other greens)

  • pinch of dried oregano

  • pinch of dried basil

  • salt and pepper

  • water as needed

Put everything besides the water in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add water as desired for the dressing consistency you want. Enjoy!
